“Metaverse is the next frontier for connecting people, just as we started with social networks,” he added

Facebook’s move is to find opportunities in the “metaverse” virtual world.

Adidas has also joined the ranks of more and more people entering the yuan world and released a unique token with a function similar to NFT. The cooperation between Nike and roblox in the virtual field “nikeland” marks their first step into this new field

These are not the only big brands to see the potential of this fast emerging technology and how it can permanently change the way we network, shop and do business.

For most of us, Facebook is regarded as a social media company and an almost iconic social media brand, but things are changing. Although no one is completely sure what metaverse will look like, the rise of a new Internet iteration, Web 3.0, means that social media is changing, and many original pioneers of social media have entered this exciting new field, And apply these hard won experiences to these new technologies.

People are willing to take the risk of investing time in new platforms such as tiktok or snapchat to occupy a place in these new spaces, It is these people who are now reaping the benefits of being at the forefront of metaverse.
