No one can have any secret weapons or mature methodology of metaverse at present. It is said that the current training courses in metaverse can earn millions a month. This really needs to be considered.

In 2015, the author explored the stone that is not called “metaverse”. Two years later, he found that the technology is not mature and is not a time node for product type teams to participate. Therefore, the early ignorance and fearlessness will only prove that advanced thinking represents impracticality, and the pit can only be used as a wake-up call, not a formula for success.

The first question is, in 2022, can metaverse be widely used in practice?

1、 Broad application premise of metaverse

2、 Wide application scenarios of metaverse

From the actual effect, metaverse technology has the ability to be applied in many fields.

The second question is, what is the most likely scenario for the practical application of metaverse?

The hardware carrier of the first generation Internet is a computer, and the mobile Internet is a mobile phone. The hardware carrier equipped with metaverse can be temporarily called “eye machine”, because no matter what it is called in the future, it can be clear that metaverse hardware and mobile phone may be interconnected, but metaverse host must not be a mobile phone, otherwise it can not be called the new generation Internet.

After the birth of Apple mobile phone, no one doubts the advent of mobile Internet. The current metaverse, an epoch-making product like apple mobile phone, has not yet appeared. Another point is that before the smart phone, the function machine represented by Nokia has been popularized, which makes the market popularization of Apple mobile phone have no friction. Just as a substitute for the function machine, it has been easily accepted and replaced by users.

This brings a thought. If the hardware equipped with metaverse is not used as a substitute for a mass product, there will be great friction in entering the market in the early stage, and it will not be easy to open the mass market, such as VR glasses. 1. AR, augmented reality technology is to deceive the vision in the real scene. Ar glasses can be used as a substitute for traditional glasses, but it is not limited to replacing traditional glasses. The further substitution of AR technology should be called ar glass. The scenes that can be seen through a layer of glass in the real world are within the scope of AR technology.

If replacing traditional glasses is not popular enough, replacing glass is everywhere. For example, there can be no physical objects in the store cabinets. When you look into the AR glass, you will see a wide range of things and confuse the fake with the real; Windows of home, company and shopping mall can be ar glass vision, and the visual content can be customized or universal; The windows of buses, planes and subways can also be ar glass vision. 2. VR, virtual reality technology is to reconstruct a virtual dimension to deceive vision. Led by Zuckerberg, the currently popular metaverse concept is basically concentrated in the field of VR.

Ar appears in a real scene. Users do not need to change themselves. They can accept it passively. VR must let users calm down and take the initiative to enter the dimension they have built. The third question is, since the metaverse application scenario can not jump out of AR / VR / projection, how should we layout it next?
